Checkout determines whether free shipping applies. A complete Canadian address, email, and telephone number must be entered correctly. Tracking is provided whenever the carrier supplies it.
For a delay, apparent loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or transit damage, contact us with the order number and purchasing email. We may require tracking scans, package photographs, or video. Remote areas, selected goods, and carrier limitations can affect service within Canada.
